1. liability for contents
The content of our website was created with the greatest possible care. However, we do not guarantee that this content is correct, complete, and up to date, nor that we like it. According to § 7 para. 1 TMG we are responsible for the content, even if this was ordered.
According to §§ 8, 9 and 10 TMG, we are under no obligation to monitor information transmitted or stored by third parties, or to collect circumstances that provide evidence of unlawful activities.
This does not affect our obligation to block or remove information which is based on general laws and which must be observed.
However, we are liable only at the moment when we become aware of a concrete violation of rights. Then an immediate removal of the corresponding content will be made.

2. liability for links
Our website contains links that lead to external websites of third parties, but we have no influence on their content. It is therefore not possible for us to provide a guarantee for these contents.
The responsibility for this always lies with the respective provider/operator of the corresponding website. We check the Internet pages linked by us at the time of linking for a possible infringement of the law in full.

The contents contained on our website are, as far as possible, protected by copyright. Written permission from the creator is required for anyone who reproduces, edits, distributes or uses the content.
Downloading and copying of our website for both private and commercial use is subject to our written permission. We point out that with regard to the contents on our website, as far as they have not been created by us, we had respected the copyright of third parties at all times.
If you would let us know that you found a copyright infringement anyway, we would greatly appreciate it. Then we can immediately remove the corresponding content and would thus no longer violate copyright, thus not continue an illegal condition.
